THIN FILM

The interest of NTECH has also been devoted to the development of thin films to protect metal surfaces against acid environments at temperatures up to 400 °C. This activity has been developed so far for internal purposes. NTECH is ready to discuss possible agreements for further developments.

A second field of interest where R&D activity is under way relates to thin films based on the sol-gel technology to be applied as layers in the production process of integrated circuits. NTECH welcomes proposals for collaborations in this field.
